To the members of the First Universalist Church of Auburn, Maine, Unitarian Universalist:
CALL TO MEETING
The Board of Directors requests your attendance at a virtual Congregational Meeting of members of the First Universalist Church on Sunday, Nov. 7, 2021. It will directly follow the worship service and will use the same Zoom link. Those worshipping in person are invited to participate in the sanctuary.
AGENDA
1. Call to order and Quorum check (20% of membership)
2. Opening prayer
3. Presentation of the Budget by Finance
4. Vote on the budget
5. Vote to approve expenditure for sanctuary technology
6. Any other presentations as determined by the Board
All are invited to attend to learn more about the functioning of our congregation, although voting is a privilege of church membership.
